BASKIN-ROBBINS CANADA & MATILDA THE MUSICAL CONTEST

ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to Baskin-Robbins Club 31 members who are residents in the province of Ontario and have reached the age of majority at time of entry. Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Limit one entry per person per day during the Contest Period. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter the Contest.
Membership in Baskin-Robbins Club 31 is free. To become a Club 31 member, visit http://www.baskinrobbins.ca/club-31/, and register online.
CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest begins at 9:00am Eastern Time on November 1, 2016, and ends at 6:00pm Eastern Time on November 20, 2016.

HOW TO ENTER:
Enter by filling out and submitting the online entry form at http://www.baskinrobbins.ca/MATILDA. Include your name, postal address and email address.
In the case of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the email address used for entry. Automated entries are prohibited, and use of any automated devices will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, or any combinations thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants’ systems. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
PRIVACY POLICY:
All information submitted in connection with entry to this Contest shall be governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy at http://www.baskinrobbins.ca/privacy-policy/. By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this privacy policy.
PRIZE:
One (1) Prize Winner will receive six (6) tickets to attend a performance of MATILDA THE MUSICAL at the Ed Mirvish Theatre in Toronto, as well as an exclusive post-show backstage tour following the performance, one (1) MATILDA THE MUSICAL Canadian Premiere production cast autographed poster, one (1) MATILDA THE MUSICAL merchandise Gift Pack consisting of one (1) copy of Roald Dahl’s book Matilda in paperback edition, one (1) MATILDA THE MUSICAL Original Broadway CD Cast Recording, one (1) MATILDA THE MUSICAL souvenir program, and one (1) Baskin-Robbins Gift Card valued at CAD $30.00. Tickets are valid for a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening performance and must be redeemed by January 5, 2017. Prizing is subject to availability. Prizing blackout dates may apply, including, but not limited to, December 27-29, 2016. Approximate retail value of the Prize: CAD $750.00.
No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or Prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the Prize, and/or loss of any Prize in connection with delivery of the Prize.
By entering the Contest, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Contest-related materials.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) entrant will be selected in a random drawing to take place at 801 York Mills Road, Suite 218, North York, ON, on November 24, 2016 (at noon) from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor will notify the selected entrant by email at the email address indicated in the entry form. To qualify as a winner, the selected entrant must:
- respond to such notification within three (3) business days of receipt;
- correctly answer via telephone a time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question without assistance; and
- sign and return a Declaration and Release Form within five (5) business days of receipt.
Noncompliance with these conditions or any other condition of these Official Rules will result in disqualification of the selected entrant and forfeiture of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners (in random drawing from other eligible entries received before the deadline) in such circumstance. If winner notification of the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner. The decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding.
The Prize will be sent via registered mail to the winner using the address that the selected entrant will provide when reached by telephone or email. The Prize will be sent within 5 days following return of a duly completed Declaration and Release Form. If the Prize is returned, it will not be awarded again.
DISCLAIMERS:
By competing in this Contest and/or accepting the Prize, entrants agree that Sponsor, and any affiliated Sponsors, prizing providers, their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective suppliers, employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Prize, or participation in this Contest. By accepting the Prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor with no additional compensation or further permission, in any language, in any media, anywhere in the world, and for an unlimited period of time (except where prohibited by law).
If a section of these Official Rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that section shall be considered invalid, but all unaffected sections will be applied within the limits of the law.
