Mom’s Makin’ Cookies returns to Baskin-Robbins Canada as the brand’s August Flavour of the Month

TORONTO, August 10, 2020 – Snatching cookie dough is one of life’s universal pleasures. It is part of what makes us human. This month Baskin-Robbins Canada is taking us back home to Mom’s kitchen with a flavour to satisfy the taste buds of all cookie fanatics. The company announced it has returned its flavour Mom’s Makin’ Cookies to its Canadian menu on August 1 to help Canadians close off their 2020 summer season.

“I can’t think of a better moment to indulge in this special treat,” says Natalie Joseph, spokesperson for Baskin-Robbins in Canada. “Not only does it taste incredible, but it also conjures up memories of warm freshly-baked cookies in the oven. The only difference is that in this sweltering heat, the ice cool treat is deliciously refreshing.”

Available August through September, the popular returning flavour features a secret recipe of brown-sugar-flavoured ice cream filled with chocolate chip cookie pieces, chocolate-flavoured chips and a delicious cookie dough batter-flavoured ribbon. It can be enjoyed as a scoop, as a milkshake, or in any of Baskin-Robbins’ ice cream cakes for double the fun.
